GENERAL MANAGER

Oversee daily operations of businessEnsure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.Generate business, cost and employee reports to management.evaluate the effectiveness of marketing program and recommend improvementsAddress customer inquiries promptly and professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers.Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reportsProvide direction and guidance to employees in their assigned job duties.Schedule regular team meetings to discuss about business updates, issues and recommendations.Develop strategies to improve overall quality and productivity

Qualifications:

Candidate should be a Bachelor/s Degree of Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Marketing and other related studiesAt least five years above of related work experienceBackground from Food and Beverage and Hotel industry is an advantageShould be strategic and possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
