Deal Associate / Senior Deal Associate

Summary:

Associates/Senior Associates shall assist senior team members in originating and executing investment banking transactions (i.e., loan syndications, bond issuances, initial public offerings, financial advisory) in general.Tasks that may be assigned include but are not limited to: preparation of pitchbooks, industry research, company research, financial and investment analysis, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, writing of information memoranda/prospectus, assistance in the review of legal documents, participate in client discussions and negotiations, create and deliver presentations for clients, and overall coordination with counterparties.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree Holder in any of the following business-related courses: Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fieldsBeing a CPA, CFA or with MBA degree is an advantage for Senior AssociatesMinimum work experience of one (1) year or three (3) years for Associates and Senior Associates, respectively, in any of the following fields: Investment Banking, Corporate Account Management, Corporate Finance, Corporate Banking, or consultancy firmGood understanding of finance business principlesHighly confident when dealing with clients and counterpartiesGood academic records with proven leadership capabilitiesFluent in oral and written English communicationHighly motivated and results oriented, with strong initiative and able to work independentlyApplicants must have the ability to do thorough, reliable research and study of documentsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
