Role Description

The scope of work is the Australian residential market. This role will provide macro-economic, market & sales desktop analysis for different locations and projects across AU. The deliverables will help the business to acquire quality stocks and support sales activities. In details:

Collect, audit and verify market and transactional data through various online sources.Maintain and update data to internal databases.Search and analyse comparable listings of sales and leases.Prepare appraisal reports to present findings and conclusions.Generate in-depth market and economic insights.Perform feasibility studies and due diligence for stock acquisitions.Prepare content for market or project presentations.Provide research ideas or methodologies to solve business needs.

Essential Qualifications

Min. a bachelor's degreeProfessional command of written and verbal communicationsSolid knowledge of property economics and/or property valuationProficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPointMin. 2 years of market research or appraisal experience in the real estate industry
