Job Description

Processes and audits documents related to sale of Lakeshore lot/s (Contract to Sell, Deed of Absolute Sale, Transfer of Rights) to be signed by Admin. ManagerFacilitates the notarization of Lakeshore lots sale documents and other relevant documentsTakes responsibility in gathering and checking the requirements needed in processing the buyers’ documents, with proper and systematic filing of such and with coordination with concerned departmentsCoordinates with Sales Department regarding the completion of buyers’ documentsGathers, collates, distributes the notarized documents (Contract to Sell, Deed of Absolute Sale, Transfer of Rights) to the respective buyer’s file, documentation/Admin. Department and Sales DepartmentResponsible for the completion, proper filing and updating of documents related to transfer of title of buyers (Flavorscapes and Lakeshore)Maintains good symbiotic relationship with network/contacts outside of office: o BIR, RD, Mexico Assessors Office, Mexico Treasurers Office, Provincial Treasurer’s Office, Bureau of Lands o Pampanga-based banksAssists in the completion of documentation requirements related to Land Acquisition as directed by VP-Admin. & Admin. ManagerPerforms other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Other Requirements:

Good understanding of title transfer processStrong organizational skillsExcellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsAble to drive/has valid driver's license
