Technical Designer

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture (professional License is preferred)Must have corporate office design background preferably in the BPO Industry.Creative and can execute with less supervision.Must have a good interior design or architecture portfolioExcellent communication and design presentation skillsKnowledge in auto-cad, Sketch Up, V-ray and other 3D softwareKnowledge in PEZA standards

JOB DEscriptION:

Conduct site inspection and measurement at project site for accurate preparation of floor plans and furniture details and records/reports potential problems to concern units.Conceptualizes and prepares space plans of offices which incorporate Custom-made furniture, Interior Fit-out and other product of Cornersteel Systems CorporationPrepares floor plans, material specifications, presentation materials including material boards, furniture details and shop drawings of projectsAttends and assist during coordination and site meetings for any design and technical concerns and also attend pre-bid conferences as required for by the project.Supervises and monitors implementation of fit out works based on approved design.Prepares 2D and 3D rendered design models using Auto cad, Sketch-up and V-ray based on client's preference
