Job Qualification:

Graduate of either Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Law or other related field to Civil ConstructionAt least have two (2) years of work experience in the construction industry/contract management (Newly Graduates are also encourage to try)Proficient in written & verbal English languageMust be computer literate (i.e. Microsoft office- work, excel and powerpoint)Can work with minimum supervision, responsible with the given task and work with team efficiently.

Business marketing for infrastructure projects of government agency as well as private company, such as, but not limited to: civil construction and marine/off-shore worksAssist/Prepare pre-qualification and / or/a bid/tenderGeneral contract administration work (assist in contract, document control, assist/monitor projects, etc.)Capable in making or assist in letter, correspondence, email, minutes of meeting, report and or research workWorkplace office in Makati City
