Develop training programs that will enhance the skills of Promodisers and its productivityDetermine training needs by studying sales result and competitor's sell outConduct comprehensive training for the Sales Promodiser and staff (Old and new)evaluate Promodiser if for replacement based on resultResponsible for providing support to Sales and Marketing Department in accordance with comprehensive training program for all Promodiser StaffJob requirements
