Requirements:

Graduate of BS Civil EngineeringMust be willing to be assigned in Panglao, BoholMust have at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in horizontal construction - housing land development and utilitiesLeadership and coordination skillsGood written and oral communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

Site Execution and Monitoring of Project - Quality, cost, and scheduleProject Management and documentation - Progress reports, billings, and written communicationsProject and Product QA/QCCoordination with Consultants, Designers, and Contractorspre-construction and planning minor site works
