Leasing Officer

Responsibilities:Assist the Leasing Manager in meeting with the prospective tenants and show the leasable office space and provide relevant information of the building.Coordinate site inspection schedule to Leasing and Marketing Agents and prospective tenants.Acknowledge any concerns/query of tenants and immediately coordinate to Leasing ManagerCoordinate with the Leasing and Marketing Agents to prepare Contract of Lease, Lease Proposal, and other office leasing documents.Coordinate and disseminate management approval memos to concerned internal departments and ensure that operations was able to relay the information to the tenants.Send renewal notice for renewing tenants.Maintains good relationship with brokers, tenants, and prospect tenants.Assist the Lease and Marketing Manager in conducting marketing research, analyzing data, compiling various reports and updating retail trend.Qualifications:Graduate of Business Administration in Marketing or any relevant degree.At least 3 to 5 years experienceHas background in Leasing and MarketingKnowledgeable in commercial leasing
