Project Manager

Le Bron Construction is currently looking for Project Manager (P 40,000.00 - P 60,000.00) who will be base in Quezon City, Manila.

Job Description:

Determine and define project scope and objectivesDevelop and manage a detailed project schedule and work planPredict and manage resources effectively and efficientlyEnsure correct implementation procedure is practiced onsite - Measure project performance to identify areas for improvementMonitor progress and make adjustments as neededIdentify and manage project risk and ensure compliance with project deliverablesManage contracts by negotiating and coordinating with vendors and suppliersUtilize the best practices, techniques and standards throughout the entire project executionMaintain the safety of employees, subcontractors, and suppliers through the effective execution of project plansOversee all project administration including submittals, site instructions, etc.Supervise and monitor the project team, including subcontractors and suppliers, with regard to schedules, performance, and paymentsConduct regular meetings with concerned members of the client, consultants, project team, subcontractors, and suppliersProvide consistent project updates to stakeholders regarding strategies, adjustments, and progress onsitePrepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirementsTrack project costs and expenses in order to keep within the set budgetProvide accurate reports with proper documentation to the management and clientsPrepare and submit periodic project reports to the executivesEnsure that the QMS confirms to ISO9001: 2015Ensure processes are delivering intended outcomesReport to Top Management on the performance of the QMS; on opportunities for improvement; on change requirements; on innovationsEnsure the promotion of customer focusEnsure the integrity of the QMS is maintainedOther tasks related to the position
