Wells Fargo India & Philippines is primarily an extension of the technology, operations, and corporate support teams of Wells Fargo. It engages in application development and support, testing, other technology functions, international operations, knowledge support, and middle and back-end banking process solutions for a wide spectrum of Wells Fargo’s needs. It currently has offices in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Manila

about this role:

Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives

Responsibilities:

 Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metricsReview and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectationsPresent recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the businessCollaborate and consult with leaders and executive management

Essential Qualifications:

2+ years of project management experience in Learning and DevelopmentData acumenBachelor's degreeMust be amenable to work on a late mid shift (5PM - 2AM MNL) or early evening shift (8PM - 5AM MNL)Must be amenable to work onsite (Office Location: McKinley Hill, Taguig)
