Job Description

Provides day-to-day management of site construction activitiesGives full support to the AGM and GM for Construction and Engineering and Branch ManagerManages and coordinates the work activities of the construction subcontractors for the projectManages the branch site team of construction engineers, quality assurance engineers and safety officersProvides technical support and inputs during preparation, negotiation and finalization with the contractorsCoordinates and interfaces with various support group of the company to resolve issues and concerns that may affect the project activities or milestonesCoordinates engagement of team for the project to ensure compliance to requirements, timely and quality of deliverablesOversee the construction site management and monitoring of site activities, including equipment delivery, project schedule and progress monitoring, budget tracking and conduct testFacilitates and attends coordination meetings, technical discussions and problem-solving discussion as necessary to facilitate smooth and satisfactory work progress

Job Specifications

Candidates must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Civil Engineering.At least 3 to 5 years relevant workPreferably with a previous managerial role in the real estate industryKnowledgeable in handling horizontal and vertical construction projectsWith advances analytical and problem-solving skillsResults-focused and detailed-orientedGood oral and written communication skillsA team player and able to do multi-taskingKnowledgeable in construction planning and scheduling
