Property Management Head

The successful candidate will conduct activities related to the end-to-end process of commercial property management from sourcing to the acquisition, including rental and company-owned. manage from sourcing to the acquisition, including rental and company-owned.Key Responsibilities:Manage real estate assets of the company for maximum benefit.Coordinating to find a network of agents to bring properties for rent.Prepare a rental registration database for detailed information about the rental.Manage, coordinate, and negotiate conditions including fixing problems about the rental.Conducts survey, analyzes, and creates marketing plans.Attending various project meetings.Legal registration, purchase, sale, rent, and others related to property.Working closely with management and relevant Departments to enhance business growth. Can work efficiently in cooperation with the Business Development team and Finance operation department.Qualifications:Candidate possesses at least a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or other related fieldsWith PRC License for Real Estate ServiceAt least 3 years of working experience in property and real estate.Preferably with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related fieldConversant will all facets of corporate real estate functions and lease managementHave good communication, negotiation, and team management skills
