Main Responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned:Performs and analyze financial models and results, data accuracy, trends, depreciation, working capital, cash flow, investments, and variance analysis as needed. Support forecasting and financial planning activitiesPrepares reports of findings and recommendations, compiles and consolidates financial plans and provides insights to management. Perform root cause analysisSupport Closing Activities including JE’s and consolidations reportsBalance Sheet ReconciliationsProvide analysis on business activities, monitor business performance by unit, division or groupHold meetings with the stakeholders of each business unit, division or group  for financial planningPrepare the organization standard financial reportingReview of Merger and Acquisitions AgreementsReview of Transfer Pricing AgreementsTrack all terms related to Earn out agreementsAssist in the completion of all finance-related integration activities by coordinating with different departments in the whole TechM organizationAd hoc analysis & supportMust Have - Minimum Requirements:Bachelors degree required Accounting/FinanceMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experienceAble to work extended hours if neededQuick BooksSAP – General ledger (Finance) / and individual modulesRequired Individual Competencies:Attention to detailTime ManagementOrganizedHigh Ethics BehaviorCommunication SkillsKeep to the schedule on Finance Deliverables (OTD & Performance) is a must
