- Graduate of BS Architecture
- with 1-2 years technical experience in required Permits and Construction Drawings
- skilled in various programs such as but not limited to Photoshop, Sketchup, 3D, Lumion, AutoCAD and MSOffice
- a Board passer, an advantage
- a resident of Rizal or nearby areas
- possess a valid Driver’s License
