JUNIOR STRUCTURAL DESIGN ENGINEER

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.Typical duties will include but not be limited to the preparation and/or modification of the following:- Structural engineering calculations- Structural engineering plans, design, and layoutStructural project specificationsCoordinates all aspects of structural design review of the divisionDoes coordination with architects, other trades, consultants, suppliers on matters that would involvethe structural in the designApplies specialized knowledge and scientific principles to review and comment on structural designplansEnsures that the relevant design standard is applied in the design in accordance with establishedprotocols, policies and proceduresResearch design options that can be applied to new projectsFacilitates work sessions with project architect and consultantsPerform field activities such as checking of field-cured samples, observe and record existing fieldconditions, take and verify measurements within the project areaPrepare and write technical reportsCheck and review RFA and RFI related to structural designCapable and experienced in managing and performing projects in a fast-paced environmentPerforms other duties that may assigned from time to time
