Job Description:
· Selling of properties through physical or online advertisements.
· Coordinate appointments to show condo units to prospective buyers.
· Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of condo units, advising them on the suitability and value of the condo they are visiting.
· Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements.
· Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
