Senior Data Analyst

Job Description:

A Senior Data Analyst(CL2) is a more experienced data analyst who should help the company by helping the business and its clients on managing data sets, developing advanced reports, troubleshooting data issues, and utilizing relevant insights from vast amounts of information, augmenting advanced analytics to our end to end solutions, driving real business impact. Its main focus shall involve, but is not limited to data mapping, report visualization, and the application of appropriate advanced analytics for the business’s key initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Interpret business data and analyze results

Discover trends and patterns on existing data ready for consumption

Develop more advanced report visualizations using state of the art techniques and common visualization tools for both internal and external clients

Develop  POCs leaning towards analytics and advanced business solutions

Support the data scientists and data engineers on catering end to end enterprise big data solutions

Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or other related field focused on quantitative disciplines

At least 2 years of experience in using SisenseI or any of these is required for this position

Proficient Knowledge in using linux highly preferred

Proficient Knowledge in any programming language highly preferred

Proficient Knowledge in AWS, GCP, Big Data, Hadoop, or any other data related enterprise level solutions preferred

Proficient Knowledge in handling different relational and non-relational databases preferred but not required

Natural problem solver and critical thinker

Detail oriented and highly adaptive

Good communication skills

Proactive
