Job descriptionResponsible for the overall timeliness and accuracy of projects delivered from the company., while maintaining profitability ;share management responsibility, mentors production staff on CSF Detailing Standards and Production Procedures and Flow.Moreover, responsible for scheduling and project completeness and deliveries to US Clients/Office; focus primarily on meeting the deadline sand ensuring accuracy of all deliveries, within the specific budget requirements; provide training of other programs, efficiency areas will be included such as direct communication with Project Manager from US Office for needs and direct with Clients/GC’s as required.Job Specifications·Education RequirementsGraduate of BS - Engineering or BS – Architecture; Licensed Engineer or Architect preferred, and a holder of Master in Engineering or Master in Management is a plus.Work ExperienceAt least 7-8 years in Steel Detailing, and 3 to 4 years holding managerial positionCompetence and SkillsManagement Skills - Planning, Organizing, Leading & Controlling; Conceptualization Skill, People- Can manage a team- Experience in Steel Detailing, Checking, Modelling, AUTOCAD and TECLA- Coding and Dispositions- US Project / Counterpart- Been in the Steel companies/industries
