We are looking for a site technical representative with a background in civil engineering or experience with roofing and waterproofing products. The successful applicant will perform the following tasks: 

Develop and implement quality control programs.Prepare progress reports for clients.Manage the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.Provide training for the laborers who will be applying the product on site.Hire and supervise subcontractors and staff.Go to project sites to assess project requirementsPerform inspections and provide recommendations to clients

Requirements:

.    Proactive attitude and personality

·       Self-directed / independent

·       Engineering or technical background

.    At least 1 – 2 years of working experience in a similar role

·       Strong communication skills

·    Graduate of Any engineering degree or relevant construction experience.

In addition to the salary listed, site coordinators are entitled to performance-based compensation and site allowances.
