1 Civil Engineer Quantity Surveyor and 2 Civil Engineer Quality Control Engineer

Duties and responsibility of civil engineer quantity surveyor:

Handle estimates of all civil, structural and architectural works.Prepare cost exercises / comparative cost tabulation.Conduct evaluation and analysis of prices of contractor proposals.evaluate billing and review admin's billing and collection logs and registry.Process variation ordersOther tasks assigned by the project manager / project director.

Duties and responsibility of civil engineer quality controllers:

Handles and reviews all submittals be it method statement, material submittal, shod drawings and technical data sheet submittals.Reviews drawings and constructability to ensure that the drawings for implementation are coordinated and shall not have conflicts with other trades.Ensures timely submission of all submittals.Conducts pre-qualification inspection as part of quality control prior to procurement and/or approval of any material.Produces all necessary reports pertinent to plan and/or design reviews.Produces all necessary monitoring reports following the standard formats herein after provided by the company and produces all necessary instructions to ensure that all works are properly implemented according to the quality control standard of the company.Other tasks assigned by the project manager / project director.
