Design Architect (to start asap) Licensed

Overview:

We are looking for an Architect to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction specifically on clinics for First Order Medical. You will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations and conservations from the earliest stages right through to completion. The goal is to match client’s needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Control projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional designIdentify company’s needs and put together design proposalsDevelop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, usage and environmental impactProduce detailed blueprints and make any necessary correctionsCompile project specificationsKeep within budgets and timelinesEnsure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulationsMake on site visits to check on project status and report on projectCooperate and liaise with construction professionalsFollow architectural trends and advancementsAd-hoc assignments from Senior Management

Qualifications:

EXPERIENCED IN PLANNING AND DESIGNING A CLINIC/HOSPITALBS degree in Architecture with a license from PRCPortfolio to prove artistic skillsExpert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standardsExcellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ, AutoCAD or similar)Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensionsVisual awareness and an eye for detailCommunication and project management skills
