Line and Grade Engineer

Makes exact measurements and determines proper references of survey for constructionLeads and retains overall responsibility for accurate setting-out, survey and as-built requirementsPlans and conducts survey works, establishes building control Horizontal (Grid Lines) and Vertical (Every floor Elevations)Coordinates with other Trade-Con for the Installation of Utilities and Fixture based on approved plan and survey.Coordinates with Project Engineers and Architects regarding problem with building dimension or plan versus actual.Conducts as-built survey of columns, sheer walls, core walls, precast walls beams and slabPrepares status report to the Survey Engineer / Project ManagerResponsible for carrying out and maintaining physical setup of the site, alignment monitoring, dimensions and other parameters of construction.Performing/overseeing measurements and reporting on an on-going basis with the objective of ensuring overall construction in line with the construction plan/design.Assists in establishing procedures to define primary survey points and transfer building controls on the site.Responsible for accurate layout of building location and structures throughout the project. Calculates and monitors concrete hold quantities on a daily basis.
