Branch Operations Associate for Central Processing & Verification

• Perform day 2 review cash balancing and vouching of transaction documents against system generated reports.

• Provide exception reports to designated recipients for disposition and properly safekeeps transaction documents for control purposes.

Branch Operations Associate for Branch Support

​​​​• Handles day-to-day support to Stores on corebanking processes, assigned T24 and/or Channels projects and testing, and preparation of monitoring reports.

Branch Operations Associate for ATM Support

​​​​• Provides service and support to all customers for ATM complaints and ATM Bancnet reconciliation.

​​​​• Provides services to stores in their queries and providing resolution on all ATM related complaints of their clients.

​​​​• Prepares balancing report and booking in the GL system and ATM transactions of the stores.

Clearing Operations Associate for Clearing & Check Processing

​​​​• Ensure that all Inward Clearing Items from presenting banks are properly verified as to authenticity (old format), signatures, technicalities, encoding, and other related matters on check issuance.

​​​​• Ensure that specimen signature cards are properly cropped and validated.

Qualifications:
