职位描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In charge with Post Construction Management such as Repairs and maintenanceSupervision/Monitoring of the Repair and Maintenance of various propertiesPrepare Legal documents and Permit for Post-ConstructionReview and Check Drawing before implementation on siteReview and Check to Labor and Material CostAttend Coordination meeting for all tradesTask including, but not limited to the tasks stated aboveParticipates in preparing and coordinating with external consultants in technical planning inputs to project development such as Conceptual and Schematic Designs, Architectural Detailed Designs for in-house projectsPrepares cost estimates to be used as the basis for the evaluation of the contractor's submitted proposalConducts site inspection to ensure that work is executed in accordance with the contract and approve scope of worksevaluates billings including final quantification as submitted by the contractorAssist all the branches in post construction and maintenance servicesMaterials planning for projectPerforms related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to timeREQUIREMENTS:
A graduate and license holder of civil engineerMust have at least 1 year of experienceWilling to be relocated to Palawan
