Responsibilities:Meets with Operations, Business Development Dept.,IT, Construction, Project Management, and LessorCreates schematic drawings, CADD Drawings, perspectives and detailsConducts site visit during constructionConducts design audit after construction, before store openingDesigns special projects (detailing specification)Conducts ocular inspection for existing storesRedesigns store perspective aligned to the latest store design standardSubmits perspective to Managing Director for approvalForwards approved perspective and plan to ConstructionSummarizes project monitoringRequirements:Licensed ArchitectAt least 5 years of working experience in design and constructionKnowledgeable in CAD, and SketchUpHas a strong background in project management and estimatesCan do freehand drawingWilling to work in Bulac, Sta. Maria, Bulacan
