职位描述

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop cost-effective design layouts based on construction specifications and requirements.

2. Perform civil design analysis and calculations according to project management.

3. Can design various structural analyses using STAAD and other related software.

4. Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical report.

5. Knowledgeable of Local and International building codes.

6. Manage design projects within allotted timelines and budgets. 

7. Perform field surveys and investigations to prepare engineering drawings.

8. Maintain accurate design files for reference purposes.

9. Coordination with clients and team for design approval.

Job Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional License  (Board/Passer/ Professional Licensed) in Civil Engineering. 

2. Preferably 1-4years experienced employee specialized in Engineering-Civil.

3. At least 3 years of working experience as a Civil Design Engineer.

4. Exposed to the different construction projects (Vertical and Horizontal).

5. Proficient in using different software such as STAAD, ETABS, AUTOCAD, and other design software.

6. Strong written and oral communication skills.

7. Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

8. Strong decision-making and problem-solving.

9. Meticulous attention to detail.

10. Willing to be assigned in CAINTA, RIZAL, and other project sites.
