Responsibilities:

End to end Recruiting for a US-based client

Talent identification, sourcing and attraction of skilled professionals (education sector)

Creating, building and engaging with appropriate talent pools

Experience in successfully managing and completing a number of specialist requirements to placement simultaneously

Requirements:

With BPO/Customer service mass hiring experience is preferred

Staffing/Agency Recruitment is required

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong educational background

Experience using ATS and job boards

Must be amenable to work in a nightshift schedule
