Associate Project Development Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

Review and assess results of the feasibility studies, product and market research and competitor review Conduct project vetting of proposed new retail project Review and presentation for approval to PD Head of project parameters resulting from project vetting and market studies Propose/recommend strategies to PD Head for review and approval Assist and oversee the monitoring and coordination of the fulfillment of development schedules and milestones Preparation and presentation of project financials for approval to PD Head and MANCOM Serve as technical expert for project development Perform related function as required from time to time 

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business or related fieldMust have at least 7-8 experience in project development/business development or equivalent (preferably coming from a real estate industry or construction)Good public and human relations; A team playerLeadership skillsEffective written and oral communication skillsIntegrity
