AllHome Interior Designer - South Areas

AllValue Holdings Corporation, under the Villar Group of Companies, is looking for candidates to fill the position of Interior Designer.

THE COMPANY: Founded by Senator Manny Villar, the Villar Group of Companies is one of the leading real estate developers in the Philippines, with developments in over 100 municipalities nationwide. From real estate, the group has expanded into retail (AllValue Holdings Corp.), with the main objective of providing services to residents and locators within its developments. Today the group operates its own brand of shopping malls, typically located in close proximity of its residential and commercial developments. In recent years, the group has expanded further by creating a number of fully owned retail brands in supermarkets, convenience stores, home furnishing and most recently coffee shops.

THE ROLE: We are looking for Interior Designers who are willing to be assigned in AllHome branches across Cavite.

The interior designers will be hands-on trained and supervised by our senior designer from start to finish. They will be handling multiple brands of the company on various locations.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Coordinate, install, and document interior design filesDefine, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategyCreate appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire storeProduce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

Must be knowledgeable in software such as AutoCAD and SketchUpProficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to adapt in a fast-paced industryKnowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be a graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Design/Architecture/ or equivalentProfessional license in Interior Design is an advantageFlexible, willing to travelFresh graduates are welcome to apply and full-time position(s) available
