Civil Design Engineer

In charge with the design follow ups with the project consultants;Review of rebar BBS prepared by sub-con in compliance with standards and shop drawings;Review and optimize (if necessary) detailed design of all discipline works;In charge of the structural design for temporary works;Perform design and analysis functions of various structures;Conduct assessments and evaluations of existing structures;Attend meeting with clients, and other professionals as needed;Issue reports, schedules, estimates and responses;Review and coordinate designs with the member of the project team involved;Recognize and determine priority of tasks and schedule work for on-site and off-site design teams;Assist the Cost Control and Estimation Expert in the preparation of BOQ civil works;Coordinate with the supplier to conform with project specification and requirements;Monitor scope and assist in the preparation of change documents and analyze interdisciplinary impacts;Track the development of design deliverables, ensuring quality and on-time completion;Represent as Sustaining Technical Engineer of the Company for PCAB application;Attend the periodical site inspection during construction and the defects liability period to resolve any civil design and construction issues arising;Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time. And such other functions and duties as may be suitable for her qualifications, and as the Company may require, subject to the latest policies and latest guideline issued by the Company.

REQUIREMENTS:

Civil Engineering graduateWith at least 5 years experience in the same fieldMust be willing to be assigned in Zambales Province

NOTE: Project based status for 9 months only but may be extended depending on the project timeline.
