SITE ENGINEER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To lead a team for facilities management activitiesAdvice and lead the technical investigations for rectification worksLiaising with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobsInvestigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectivelyPrepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposalsTo carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assignedTo ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance worksTo plan and develop the technical officer skillsTo assist the Site Manager in liaising with client for all worksPrepare monthly reportAnalyzation of power consumptionEnsure zero accident              Strictly follow the preventive maintenance scheduleAble to take the preventive measures in case of technical problem.Plan and manage the operation tasks of his shift.Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the unitsSubmit monthly summary of staff overtime every end of the monthPlan and manage the supply of necessary consumables, spare-parts and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) visit.Strictly follow Engie ethics, health and safety rules.Follow established policies and those outlined in the client’s house rules.Maintain a professional courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.Perform any special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringCertification in facilities management is a plusLicensed Engineer is a mustRequired Skill(s): HVAC maintenance, Airconditioning Maintenance, Facilities Management,
