JOB ROLE:

Estimation - Provides efficient and competitive cost estimates for all types of jobs.Approves job contracts of contractors with respect to the approved Cost Estimate.Coordinates with supplier on material/jobout sourcingNegotiates through supplier to get competitive raw material cost based on volume.Computes and generates Bill of Materials (BOM) of all projectsValidates and approves primary BOM with respect to the approved Cost Estimate.Does post-audit cost for each completed project vs cost estimate and reports weekly.Research potential vendorsCompare and evaluate offers from suppliersNegotiate contract terms of agreement and pricingTrack orders and ensure timely deliveryEnter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databasesPrepare reports on purchases, including cost analysesAttend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Advertising/Media, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERS are highly prioritizedAt least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positionExperience with MANUFACTURING and/or ADVERTISING industry is an advantageFamiliarity in FABRICATION and INSTALLATION is a plusWith excellent interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledgeable in ERP System is an advantage (ie. SAP, ACUMATICA, ORACLE & etc) Willing to travel and be assigned in Main office / plant in NOVALICHES, QUEZON CITYCan work with minimal supervisionWoking hours: 8:00 - 5:00 pm but may be requested to render overtime (with pay).Working day: Mondays - Saturday 8:00-5:00pmWith communication allowance / company issued laptop.1 Full-Time position(s) available.
