职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure effective management of the Quantity Surveying Section. Accountable for crafting competitive estimates to win new business and managing financial success by maximizing the profitability of the projects as they progress.
2. Leads quantification and pricing of projects to ensure technically and financially competent bid tenders incorporating contract terms and conditions.
3. Attends pre-bid meetings and analyzes Bid documents to enable quantity surveyors’ complete consideration of estimate requirements.
4. Prepare and regularly update cost derivation and parametric costs
5. Develops and maintain cost estimating standards.
6. Carries out cost management including forecasting and ensuring accurate cash flow reporting
7.Coordinate with stakeholders regarding Variations and/or Changes for proper documentation
8. Ensure that all claims shall be processed, including all variations / changes shall be properly documented
9.Ensure that a proper close-out of projects by collaborating with other departments
10.Develops process controls for ISO documentation
11. Manages the profitability of company operations
12.Prepares cost estimates and QS for the project assigned to him in a timely manner.
13.Derives equipment rates, interprets specifications, Consolidates the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Prepares Key Performance Index (KPI)
14.Prepares schematic costing, Processes performance ratios, Prepares cash flow / S-curve / schedule
15.Prepares procurement packages, develops cost codes, Performs value engineering exercises
16.Monitors and controls site accomplishment
17.Ensures compliance of installation of the applicable industry standards
18.Handles orientations of client’s representative
19.Assists the QS during reconciliation meetings
20. Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the Management.
Qualifications:
1. Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying graduate, preferably licensed, at least eight (8) years of experience, at least five (5) years leading a team of Quantity Surveyors
2. Registration/ Licensure as a professional engineer maybe required
3. Background in Contract Management Quantity Surveying
4.Knowledge in estimating software’s, cost monitoring software’s
5. Can work with long hours
6. With background in ISO Company is a plus but not required
