OFFICE ENGINEER (BATANGAS)

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Assist in monitoring of accomplishments and expenses, scheduling of materials to be delivered on site and transfer of equipment.Inspect work sites, monitor project budget and check project plans and drawings to verify authenticity of office plans.Prepares requisition slip for materials request as per Project-in-Charge's info.Prepares daily time record of equipment used in the site.Archiving all engineering files, both electronic and hard copies.Ensures all submitted invoices are processed properly.In charge of petty cash and preparing liquidation.Monitor PPE issuance to workers.Prepares Daily Activity Report based from Site Engineer's information.Prepares Project Update when needed.Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior.

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, preferably board passerExperience in the construction industry (both civil and structural works), an advantageGood understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principlesFamiliarity with quality and health and safety standardsFamiliarity with construction/ project management software/good knowledge of MS OfficeAbove average communication skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsA team player with potential for a leadership role.-
