Property Finance Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

The Finance Manager will take the lead in handling the finance arm of OPMI group. S/he will be managing finance-related activities involving but not limited to financial management and reporting, budget, controls, and analysis, ensuring effective utilization and administration of manpower and material resources within his/her jurisdiction, and other related functions.Presentation to the board of directors at the property levelEnsure proper implementation and utilization of financial systemsSpearhead finance automation processEnsure proper and consistent implementation of all finance process, which includes, but not limited to:Billing and collection;Procure to pay;Records to reports; andStatutory compliance

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in Finance/AccountingMust be a Certified Public AccountantAt least 8-10 years of working experience in finance, specifically in the Real Estate and/or Property Management industryHas a supervisory/managerial backgroundImpeccable oral and written communication skillsStrong leadership qualitiesWilling to work in Pasig City, San Juan City and Quezon City
