Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.

The other incorporators who are at the same time directors of the board are: Neil Edward T. Tiu as Secretary-Treasurer, John T. Tiu, Rita T. Tiu and Irene Tiu-Pagan as Members respectively. JT Steel System Corporation has an authorized capital stock of ten million pesos (Php 10,000,000.00) and a paid-up capital of two million five hundred thousand pesos (Php 2,500,000.00). The company is involved in the business of manufacturing and the installation of pre-painted metal roofing and steel decking. It also is into trading and installation of thermo-plastic roofing, fibreglass and polyethylene foam insulation, pre-painted T-runner system, and light metal frames for ceiling and walling systems. Since the day it was established, JT Steel System Corporation has continually grown and expanded by acquiring more roll forming machinery and equipment to create a niche in the highly competitive market. Today, the company boasts of having a complete line of metal roofing profiles and steel decking. The company continues to provide quality products and services to its clientele not only in the Visayas, but also in the Mindanao area keeping up with its rapid growth and expanding its marketing reach, conquering new heights in sales volume and performance. It has stood strong amidst competitors for the past eight (8) years and will remain strong against competition in the years ahead.
