JOB SUMMARY:
The successful candidate shall design and implement social media strategies that are align with the Company's goals. He / She shall likewise be responsible in performing the following:
Develop social media content plans that are consistent with the company's brand identityCreate consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including, writing and editing social media postsUtilize analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate company's social media preference and performanceConduct on-going research/ analysis into our target audience to ensure our marketing and attraction strategies are relevant and stand out in a competitive market place.Measure the success of every social media campaignJOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Advertising/Media or equivalentAt least 1 year of work experience as a Social Media Specialist or in any related fieldRequired Skill(s): Copy Writing, Social Media CampaignHands-on experience in content managementAbility to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google AnalyticsKnowledge of online marketing channelsFamiliarity with web designExcellent communication skillsStrong analytical and multitasking skills
