RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist QS Manager & Senior QS in the process of Quantity and Cost evaluation. Assist in the evaluation of estimates and cost proposals submitted by qualified contractors for proper endorsing and awarding. Assist in the preparation of the project budget in accordance with the approved scope of work, plans, and specifications. Assist in the monitoring and controlling of the Project Cost. Assist in the preparation of Contract documents in accordance with the approved cost estimates, plans, and specifications.Responsible in the proper, systematic, well-organized filling and documentation system, ensuring accurate and complete record keeping of all contracts, work orders, RFB’s, RFP’s and site instructions.Directly reports and coordinates with QS Manager regarding project work priorities.Attend weekly coordination meetings.Submit weekly work schedule and accomplishment reports to the QS Manager.Responsible to work on the tasks assigned by the CMD Head
