Cost Management Engineer (Ortigas Center)

Estimate/forecast the cost of labor & materials needed for the project.Coordinates with different Departments such as Design, Contracts, Purchasing and Site Personnel for budget related items.Tracks changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusts budget projections accordingly.evaluates change orders.Conducts site inspection as needed.

Job Qualifications

Preferably Licensed Civil EngineerWith at least 1 year experience as Quantity Surveyor/Cost Engineer; experience in mass housing projects is an advantage.Must be willing to conduct site inspection in assigned project area/s.Must be flexible, team player and can work in extended hours.Proficient in Microsoft office; Analytical; Problem solving and people management skills;Good coordination and communication skills (oral and written); Assertive, focused, organized and can do multi-taskingProcess improvement-oriented and Results-driven, Possesses utmost professionalism and integrity

Work Arrangement

Ortigas-based but with WFH arrangement from time to timeFlexible work schedule
