Project Officer (project-based)

Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist and coordinate with the Project Director in the efficient management, execution, and completion of the project at the same time fulfilling safety, quality, time, and cost requirements Assist the Project Director in overseeing and managing proper and timely coordination and information exchange between internal (OCLP) and external entities involved in the project; and in ensuring the efficient and effective conduct and performance of all activities necessary for the successful completion of the project  QualificationsLicense Civil Engineer or ArchitectAt least 3 years of work experience in Construction under Real Estate and/or Construction CompaniesSkills neededEffective oral and written communication skillsLeadership skillsIntegrityAnalytical and strategical thinkerProficient in MS office applicationsNote: This is a project-based position
