Project Engineer for Butuan

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for for site operations involving structural, architectural and other related civil and finishing works.Supervises and ensures proper work execution in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.Coordinates and technical recommendations regarding structural and civil works to in-house and subcontractors' workers.Monitor work progress, schedules of in-house and subcontractors' accomplishment and delivery of materials.Conducts daily tool box meetings and weekly operations meetings.Ensures adherence to safety and quality policy and standards.Prepares accomplishment reports and evaluates progress billings.Performs other related tasks that maybe assigned by supervisor from time to time.

Job Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree. Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.Preferably 1-4 years experienced employees in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.Preferably with experience in Housing or Vertical Construction.Must be flexible with work location.
