Senior Project Development Associate

Duties and ResponsibilitiesConduct feasibility studies Conduct and update competitor research and market research on a monthly basis Assist in the preparation of the presentation for approval to PD Head of project parameters resulting from project vetting and market studies Study and recommend sales strategies (e.g. pricing, promo payment schemes, special discounts, etc.) for PD Head review and approval Strategize prices based on unit assessment and establish parking assignments Create ad release sample computation template for sellers and special sample computations depending on NPV assessment Set, monitor and coordinate the fulfillment of development schedules and milestones Assist in creating monthly reports which include inventory, status, concerns, and next steps Collate, accomplish and ensure timely and accurate submission and acquisition of project permits and certifications in coordination with the External Affairs Department Upload, monitor, or revise budget in SAP Perform related function as required from time to time QualificationsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business or related field.At least 1-2 years of experience as a business development and/or research analyst, preferably coming from a real estate industry.Team players, leadership skills, effective written and oral communication skills, integrity, good public and human relations.
