Business Development Officer

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.Concurrently manage ongoing projects and properties for acquisitionMaintain comprehensive financial models, perform NPV studies, risk management with scenario planning, and financial statement analysis to substantiate recommendations to managementTrack the projects' overall performance and acts as necessary to meet quality, revenue, scope, cost and timetable targets;Communicate to management on a regular basis the results of operational and strategic initiativesCoordinate with various business units to meet company objectives
