JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR / COORDINATOR

PRODUCT LINE :

Supply and installation of natural stone products to individual houses, projects, hotels, developers and contractors.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the over-all implementation of natural stone fabrication and installations on projects.To ensure project is implemented as per agreed with client, within agreed timing and to their satisfaction.Coordinate with marketing executive, quantity surveyor and client and detailed requirementsCoordinate with factory on actual cutting and arrival of materials.Organize personal (in-house / subcontractors) to do actual fabrication and installation of materials.Attend site coordination meetingsCoordinate with client/main contractor and other subcontractors to ensure project executed properly.Coordinate with head office for client progress billings and accomplishment reports.Coordinate with head office for subcontractor billing

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience within natural stone products OR interior fit-out field is preferred (however, willing to explore qualified candidates with no experience as long as the person has the required competencies)Must be honest, customer oriented and have good communication and selling skillsMust have strong personality, positive attitude towards work and display teamworkIndependent and can work under minimal supervisionWilling to be assigned to project sites, with occasional reporting to Makati office based and willing to do client calls and fieldworkKnowledgeable in AUTOCAD and in various MS Office applications will be an advantage.
