Broker Network Officer

Broker Network Officer will assist in expansion through accreditation of sellers/brokers. He/She will also be responsible in providing all administrative support to the Broker Network Group.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruit new brokers to sell Antel Land’s projectsFacilitates the accreditation process of newly accredited brokers and endorse them for project knowledge seminarsConduct sales training of newly recruited brokers (only if needed)Manage and update accredited brokers on project updates (pricelist, payment terms, events, sales advisory etc.)Visits external brokers office periodicallyAssists during sales events of the companyPrepares reports of recruitment and sales activities of brokers being handledCoordinates with the sales operation team with regards to the concerns of the brokers (commission, client documentation, etc.)Performs related tasks and duties determined by the immediate supervisorEnsures annual growth of the broker team in terms of recruitment and sales volume

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College DegreeAt least 3 year(s) of working experience in real estate is required for this positionThe ideal candidate should possess exceptionally strong communication skills; highly-motivated; and self-driven.Having a solid network of active brokers is an advantagePrevious experience with engagement, public relations, event coordination, broker management and sales training would be beneficial in this role.Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to details are requiredWilling to be assigned in Cavite Office
