What You’ll Do

Manage schedules, organize meetings, collate information, and perform a variety of project administration tasksEnsure stakeholder communications are adequate and timelyPrepare documentation and information packs for steering committee meetingsPrepare project status reports

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal applicant will be someone who has the following key experience/capabilities:Strong communication skills Excellent stakeholder managementAbility to develop, foster, and maintain collaborative working relationships both internally and externallyHighly organized and able to remain calm under pressureProficient in Microsoft applicationsDemonstrated operations administration experiencePrior experience in a similar role - 3 +yearsPrior experience in the IT (Software) Industry is a must!!Able to deal with a high volume of data and data management - good with numbers
