WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....

The LEADS MANAGEMENT AND CAMPAIGNS CONSULTANT will develop strategic and tactical plans to ensure growth, profitability and to maximize sales through partner banks to meet AIA business objectives. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct market scans, product and organizational positioning analysis and other competitive studiesCreate demand for AIA products/services by creating meaningful value propositions, high impact campaigns/programs, engaging customer activities and effective communicationsDevelop, implement and sustain sales and distribution programs, modules and activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Management or any business-related courseProven experience in marketing and campaign managementPreferably with experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance industryGood presentation and analytical skills with strong stakeholder and people management background
