Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Job Summary:The Environmental Health, and Safety Manager will implement policies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. He/She will implement programs from the Risk Committee and the HES Council. Duties/Responsibilities:    • Inspects the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.    • Has knowledge and concrete experience with terminal operations with the product of VLSFO, White Fuel and LPG    • Develops and implements HSE inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections for theTerminals and Retail Stations    • Develops health and safety procedures for all areas of the company as recommended by the Risk Committee and HESCouncil    • Prepares and schedules training to cover risk assessment, emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics as the enhancement of competency of the operations.    • Monitors compliance with safety procedures.    • Provide HES Compliance Facility inspection reports to document inspection findings with the recommendations required    • Champion the implementation of ESG (Environment, Social and Governance).    • Monitor the implementation of Carbon Footprint    • Performs other related duties as assigned.    • Reviews the HES dashboard for DEPOT and Retail and recommend actions as required    • Support the permitting requirements dashboard.Required Skills/Abilities:    • Extensive knowledge of Health and Safety environmental regulations and policies.    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.    • Had an experience with IMS implementation and certification    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.    • Proficient in technology and equipment used in safety and environmental inspections.    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.Education and Experience:    • Bachelors degree in Engineering is preferred with license    • Master’s degree desirable.    • Must be a Certified Energy Manager    • Must be at least an OSH Practitioner    • Five years of related experience preferred.    *Amenable to go on site from time to time    * Hybrid set-up
