职位描述
In charge for the record keeping and after sales management of products delivered to clients.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS
Create, maintain and monitor database of all products delivered that may require maintenance and/or consumable replacement.Accepts calls or emails for service requestsAssist clients in the management of their service requests Assist clients in their warranty and/or service claimsprompt Sales and/or clients for replacement of expired parts or condition assessmentSends out emails and/or messages to clients to offer services or promote new productsOther tasks that may be assigned from time to time that are related to after-sales and logistics activities of the company.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in Management or any business-related courseExperience in Customer Service is an advantage Proficient in MS ApplicationsGood oral and written communication skillsCan work with minimal supervision
